The service

Clepie is an AI-powered tool that generates Shopify Online Store 2.0 themes from your prompts. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. You own the themes generated for your account and may use them on your own and clients' Shopify stores.

Acceptable use

Do not use Clepie to generate content that infringes others' IP.
Do not abuse the service (scraping, automated mass-generation, reselling raw credits).
Do not attempt to bypass plan limits or rate limits.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Credits reset at each billing cycle.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clepie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of generated themes.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app.
