How does billing work?+
Starter and Pro are monthly subscriptions. You can choose monthly billing or pay annually upfront and save up to 25% (€15/month for Starter, €79/month for Pro). Credits refresh at the start of every billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel with one click from your account — Stripe handles everything. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period, then drop back to the Free plan. Resubscribe whenever you want.
Do unused credits roll over to next month?+
Plan credits reset every billing period — they don't carry forward. Top-up credits (purchased separately) never expire and stack on top of your plan credits.
What happens when I run out of credits mid-month?+
Two options: (1) buy a one-time top-up to keep going this month, or (2) upgrade to a higher plan — Pro gives you 4× the credits at a lower per-credit cost.
Why are top-ups more expensive per credit than plans?+
Top-ups are designed as occasional boosts, not your main source of credits. If you keep needing top-ups every month, upgrading to the next plan saves money. We always price top-ups slightly above the Pro per-credit rate.
What's a credit, exactly?+
A credit is spent when the AI generates or edits a theme. Building a full theme costs 120 credits (Free/Starter) or 250 (Pro with Opus + premium images). Edits cost 10–80 credits depending on the model.
What if I reach my theme limit?+
Free is 1 theme, Starter is 5, Pro is unlimited. Delete an existing theme to free a slot, or upgrade to Pro for no limit.
When do I get Claude Opus?+
Opus is unlocked automatically on the Pro plan and stays locked on Free and Starter.
Do you offer refunds?+
No. Clepie is a subscription to a digital service (not a physical product), so all sales are final. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals — you keep access and remaining credits until the paid period ends. The only exceptions are duplicate charges or verified technical failures on our side.
Are payments secure?+
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe (PCI Level 1 certified). We never see or store your card details.
